General Information

Characters 4 Kids commenced trading in March 2007, Our aim is to provide our customers with Officially Licensed Childrens TV & Film Character products with friendly and helpful customer service.

We are human, friendly & we don't bite so please feel free to contact us if you need any help with our products or with placing orders. As Parents ourselves, we understand children's needs and that of Parents too!

We dispatch all paid orders within 1 working day and we always aim to reply to emails within a couple of hours during 9.30am - 3.30pm, Mon-Fri, within 24 hours at any other time. Normally one of us is glued to the computer, so more often than not the reply is fairly instant!
