Do you have a minimum order value?
Yes we do, our minimum order value is a total of £10.00 (this includes the cost of delivery) it is not based on product value, unless you select our Free delivery option.
The reason for this is that we have recently added the option of Free delivery but rather than us adding the cost of postage & packaging to every item like so many of our competitors do, we felt that our customers would prefer the Free Delivery to be just that!
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes we do, we have many overseas customers & shipping to Europe starts from only £3.00 & worldwide starts from only £3.99
Is paying online by Credit Card secure?
Yes it is, We use 128bit SSL encryption which is the highest level commercially available. All credit card data stored on the server is also encrypted. Our security measures meet all the requirements of the major banks for capturing and storing credit card transactions.
Can I pay for my order over the phone?
Yes you are more than welcome to pay over the phone. Placing your order on-line first, selecting 'payment by phone' and then quoting your order number when you call will make the process even quicker but we are still more than happy to take your order over the phone should you prefer this.
Do you accept cheques or postal orders?
Unfortunately we no longer accept this type of payment method. For a list of all the payment methods that we do accept, please take a look at our 'Payment Methods' section in our terms & conditions page.
How do I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an automated email confirmation just after you have placed your order. You will then receive another to say that your order is being processed and a final email to confirm dispatch.
When will my order be delivered?
This will depend on your chosen delivery method and whether or not there are any postal strikes during this time. We guarantee same day dispatch on all paid orders received by 12pm, Mon to Fri only. - Please see our delivery charges page for further details.
I’ve tried to order 4 of the same item but it says that you only have 2 in stock, what do I do?
You can contact us to see if we have the stock available as we do sel on other selling platforms so our stock is distributed between the various sites. If we don't have the quantity that you are after, we may be expecting a delivery or be able to order them quickly for you.
If I’m not completely satisfied with my order, what can I do?
In the unlikely event that your order does not meet with your expectations we do have a comprehensive guarantee policy for our customers. Please see our terms & conditions page for more details.
Do you have a catalogue?
Unfortunately as we are constantly adding new products from many different suppliers every week, we wouldn't be able to keep the catalogue up to date. We would have to have a new catalogue printed weekly which is just not viable. The best way to see the latest designs is right here in our online shop.

Convenience is definately the main reason. The cost of delivery is much less when compared to driving to the shops and paying for parking. Another advantage is that many customers do not seem to be able to find what they are looking for in the shops, so by buying online you can save yourself time and energy, making shopping an altogether more enjoyable experience.
